5.1 Service Providers

- Cloudflare — network infrastructure, DDoS protection, content delivery, and DNS services. Data may transit Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare's privacy practices are available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery (account notifications, password resets, receipts). Your email address is shared with Brevo solely to send emails you have requested or agreed to receive.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles billing data under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
- Cloud storage and compute providers — for storing generated content and running AI inference workloads.
All service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sendance, our users, or the public.
5.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Specifically:
- Account data is retained until you delete your account, plus a short post-deletion window (up to 30 days) to allow for account recovery and dispute resolution.
- Generated content is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual outputs at any time from your dashboard.
- Usage and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 12 months.
- Billing records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access controls and role-based permissions for internal staff
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability scanning
- Cloudflare-based DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
