7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Seedance within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. Renewals and plan upgrades are not eligible.
- Accounts that have generated more than 500 credits worth of content may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
- Credit top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day window, annual plan payments are non-refundable, but you will retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@sendance.app with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- Your account email address
- Your order or subscription ID
- A brief reason for the refund
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next period, and you will retain access until the cycle ends.
